Mauricio Gómez Gaona is a Chilean-trained accounting, auditing, business administration and finance professional. In Chile, his academic titles are formally designated as Contador General, Contador Auditor and Ingeniero Comercial—qualifications commonly described in the United States as General Accountant, Accountant and Auditor, and Business Administration and Finance Professional.

He has more than 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate finance, taxation, treasury management, management control, payroll, business administration and strategic advisory services. His career has been developed mainly from Santiago de Chile, serving Chilean and U.S. companies, including clients and business activities connected with Jacksonville, Florida.

Mauricio began his professional career at Ernst & Young Chile, where he participated in financial audits, financial statement reviews, internal-control evaluations, risk analysis and regulatory-compliance processes for companies in different sectors. This experience built strong technical capabilities under international methodologies and standards.

He later held executive and leadership roles in construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial and services companies, directing and supervising accounting, finance, treasury, tax, payroll, human resources, contract administration, budgeting and project-management functions. Since 2021, he has held management responsibilities in a major construction group in Chile as Chief Financial Officer and Administration & Accounting Manager, supporting companies with an aggregate workforce of approximately 500 employees.

He is also the founder and CEO of Lago Mayor SpA in Chile and Lago Mayor EUA–Chile LLC in the United States. Through these organisations he provides accounting, financial, tax, administrative and business services, especially for entrepreneurs, professionals and small and medium-sized companies.

Although his work has been carried out physically from Santiago, he has worked remotely and in coordination with clients, professionals and collaborators in the United States, particularly in Jacksonville and other Florida cities. This is professional cross-border service delivered from Chile to the United States, not a claim of permanent residence or on-site employment in Jacksonville.

Juan Carlos Bravo de Rueda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active professional license in Florida and California, and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. He has more than 20 years of accounting experience and more than 10 years working directly with small businesses and nonprofit organisations.

His professional experience includes General Ledger review, bank and credit-card reconciliations, monthly close processes, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss analysis, budgets, forecasts, payroll accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounting-team supervision.

He also has specific experience supporting nonprofit organisations, including Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-N, supporting schedules, activity and program reports, donor reporting, Form 1023 and processes related to reinstating tax-exempt status.

Within the engagement, Juan Carlos is responsible for technical supervision and quality review. He reviews the application of procedures, validates the consistency of financial records, supervises monthly closes, reviews reconciliations and financial statements, and provides technical guidance to the accounting-processing team.

Nadieska Cambara, EA, CAA, is an Accounting & Finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, six years of experience in tax preparation and five years of practical experience with QuickBooks.

She is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Acceptance Agent, with experience in bookkeeping, bank and credit-card reconciliations, financial-record maintenance, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet preparation and review, payroll support, financial reporting, and service for U.S. companies and international clients.

Her work includes organising and maintaining accounting information, classifying transactions, updating financial records, preparing reports and supporting close processes. She has used QuickBooks for five years to process and maintain accounting information.

Within the engagement, Nadieska is responsible for operational accounting processing and QuickBooks Online maintenance. Her responsibilities include bank and credit-card reconciliations, keeping records current, preparing supporting schedules, developing an initial close package and classifying information by programs, contracts and funding sources.

Maverick Gómez Gómez is an Industrial Engineer with a Chilean professional degree in Industrial Engineering, formally titled Ingeniería Civil Industrial in Chile. He is an expert in business-process automation, accounting-systems automation, software integration and the design and implementation of digital solutions supporting accounting, bookkeeping, administrative and financial operations.

His experience includes custom software development, internal business systems, SaaS platforms, API and webhook integrations, accounting workflows, administrative dashboards, databases, user management, automated reporting tools and secure digital platforms designed to improve efficiency, accuracy and operational control.

His work complements CPAs, accountants and bookkeepers by automating the systems that support day-to-day accounting operations: structured data collection, accounting-software integrations, Excel and CSV processing, automated reports, recurring tasks, notifications, document management, status tracking, audit trails and financial-data workflows.

Under the engagement, Maverick leads technical analysis, process automation and systems-integration activities. His responsibilities include documenting procedures, identifying repetitive manual tasks, designing automated workflows, implementing validation rules, integrating accounting and business platforms, developing dashboards and reports, and strengthening access controls, data security and system reliability.
